terra Animata

The living earth. Our dear great Mother Earth. The beautiful, breathing planet we inhabit and belong to.
This work carries memories older than this lifetime, ways of knowing that never fully disappeared. They live in the plants, in the hands, in the body’s own intelligence. I am a child of this earth, remembering her medicines. That remembering is what moves through every session, every piece of cloth, every meal made with intention.

WORK WITH me

1:1 sessions

In our one-on-one sessions I draw on everything I know; bodywork, breathwork, pláticas, curanderismo, sound healing, yoga… whatever combination your body and mind are calling for. This is how I work: alongside you, listening, helping you shake loose whatever’s been sitting heavy on you and find your way back to yourself.

Introduction to ashtanga online

A small group class for women who are curious about Ashtanga but don’t know where to start. We go slowly, we go together. I’ll introduce you to the foundational sequence in a way that meets your body where it actually is — no previous experience needed, just a willingness to show up and breathe…

cooking lessons

Whether it’s just you or a small group, these sessions are part lesson, part conversation — we cook together while I share the technique, the plant medicine, and the seasonal wisdom behind what we’re making. This is ancestral kitchen knowledge made practical for your actual life. You’ll leave with real skills and a deeper understanding of food as medicine…

FIBER ARTS

Natural FIBER GARMENTS

Each piece begins long before the dye bath, in stillness, in listening, in paying attention. I work with cotton, wool, linen, and silk, making each piece by hand and by machine. Some arrive botanically dyed, some don’t. All of them are made slowly and with full intention.

These are not mass-produced pieces. They’re made one at a time, and when they’re ready they find who they’re meant for. Wearing something made this way is its own quiet practice, a small act of coming back to your body, to the earth, and to a different relationship with what you choose to put on it.

Pieces are available in limited releases. To be notified when something new is ready, or to inquire about a piece, reach out directly.
